| How The Order Process Works

| Initial Quote |
The first step is to request an Estimate. You are welcome to browse through our Standard Monument Templates, or upload your own unique monument design. You will need the following information to complete our Online Quote Request Form:
- Monument Model Number (or artwork including dimensions).
- Stucco Color (1st color is free, additional colors are extra).
- Faux Masonry (we can match any stone or brick from a digital photo).
- Graphics (we can emboss graphics and color match, or embed substrate for you to apply your own graphics).
- Graphics View (single or double sided).
Once you have this information collected, complete our Online Quote Request Form. A sales representative will be in touch with you shortly. |
| Initial Deposit |
Once the project design and specifications are approved, Custom Foam Fabricators will send you an Invoice to sign and fax back. We then require a 50% initial deposit to begin production. Our quotes are valid for 30 days. Production turnaround time is based at the time of deposit received. Production turnaround time is reset if (in the case, for example) a custom color (graphics, faux masonry, etc.) is provided or changed after the initial order is placed.
In short, we welcome the opportunity to start production, and do not immediately require the stucco color codes as this is the last step in fabrication. We do however request your patience in understanding that any last-minute color codes do require additional time in mixing and application to your project.

| Shipment |
Once your project is complete, we will provide you with digital photography for your (and your customer's) review before we crate. This allows the opportunity for any (odd-case) alterations. Once approved, we will begin the crating process and await the balance payment, which is required before releasing shipment.
Note - It is Custom Foam Fabricators' policy to get you the best freight quote through multiple carriers at the time of shipment. All of our shipments are insured for the project value, and in the odd case of damage in transit, Custom Foam Fabricators will handle any claims. You are also welcome to use your own freight carrier should you prefer, but keep in mind this eliminates our responsibilities of handling any damage claims.
