Custom Foam Fabricators Product Warranty

| (7) Year Limited Warranty |
Subject to the limitations and exclusions below, Custom Foam Fabricators, Inc. warrants that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of seven years from the date of purchase.
Custom Foam Fabricators, Inc. sole obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing (at our discretion) the defective product.

| Provisions |
The provisions do not apply to products:
- Used for purposes in which they are not intended or designed for.
- Which have been repaired or altered without Custom Foam Fabricators, Inc. consent.
- Which have been subject to vandalism, abuse, negligence, or accident.
- Which have been improperly installed
The provisions in this Limited Warranty are not applicable to anything other than defects
in material and/or workmanship. |
